Ultra Clean Systems - About Us

Ultra Clean Systems was founded by O’Brien Cale in 1999. Ultilizing his nearly 20 years of industry experience, O' Brien developed a range of products that are the envy of the industry.

With his vision and deep understanding of customer needs, O' Brien has guided Ultra Clean Systems to become an industry innovator and leader in Ultrasonic Cleaning systems.

Since its inception Ultra Clean Systems is proud to have developed a number of industry “firsts” such as:

• The first company to design a “cannulated objects cleaning system”. Operators could wash, rinse, and inspect 12 instruments at a time.
  
  
• In 2001, the first company with a dual basin ultrasonic cleaner. By having 2 basins, instruments can be put through their wash cycles independently. It remains the largest ultrasonic in the medical industry.
  
  
• In 2007, UCS became the first company with a Robotic Arm Cleaning System (RACS) designed to flush both parts of da Vinci instruments.
  
  
• In 2011,UCS will be the first company to offer a fully automated cleaning system that is able to clean 6 trays of instruments simultaneously. This will be the new largest medical grade ultrasonic.
