Our single basin ultrasonic cleaning systems’
multiplicity provides dual modes of operation that
allows it to operate as a cannulated irrigator or as a
straight ultrasonic. Tabletop and floor models are
available to clean as few as 12 instruments and as many
as 48 instruments at one time. Verification options
offered on the Model 1150 and Model 1522 cleaning
systems.
Ultra Clean Systems will assist in designing or
manufacturing instrument adapters on instruments that
require assistance in connecting to the Ultra Clean
manifold. The Instrument Connection Assistance Program
may be used as often as needed and has no expiration.
Cabinets are warranted against rusting during the life
of the product under normal use.

Better for your staff: |
| |
By using the Ultra Clean Irrigation System, pre-soaking
and manually scrubbing instruments are no longer
necessary. The risk to employees of exposure to airborne
pathogens by manually brushing is eliminated. Less
handling also means reduced risk of exposure to
bloodborne pathogens from a cut or puncture wound. And
the Ultra Clean System does the job faster and more
uniformly. |

|
Better for your Instruments: |
| |
With today's cannulated instruments, technicians are
unable to physically clean inside of each instrument.
Hand brushing of cannulated and lumened instruments puts
excess force on delicate tips and cutting surfaces. The
combination of irrigation, enzymatics and ultrasonics
gently removes organic residue without damaging delicate
pins and jaws. This will increase instrument life and
reduce costly maintenance due to premature failures. |

|
Better for your Patients: |
| |
If an instrument is
not thoroughly clean, it will never be sterile. Better
performance in cleaning cannulated and lumened
instruments is the most critical step in the
sterilization process. By reducing the risk of cross
infection your facility has shown that it is concerned
about the quality of patient care. |
