Ultra Clean Systems

Ultra Clean Systems

Our ultrasonic cleaning systems save you time and money!

Cleaner, faster, better!

Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems by Ultra Clean Systems

Proven to eliminate more than 99 Percent of Debris
from surgical instruments.

Although there are other companies that claim to have similar or better machines, at Ultra Clean Systems, Inc., we know our systems are unparalleled.

Our unique ultrasonic cleaning machines have proven to remove more than 99 percent of harmful debris from laparoscopic instruments without the need for scrubbing and soaking.

Our machines utilize internal irrigation, powerful triple enzymatic cleaners, ultrasonic cavitation, unique manifold connection baskets, and instrument adapters. This helps penetrate and eliminate organic matter like tissue, blood and mucous from cannulated instruments, endoscopes and fine lumen instruments.

Our ultrasonic cleaning machines hold more instruments than our competitors and clean them at a faster rate.

The new TRT technology promotes better cavitation than standard ultrasonics with a cycle time of 13 minutes!

Titanium Rod Transducer Technology

TRT Technology provides several key benefits, including:

  • Superior Cavitation: TRT Technology delivers better cavitation than standard (bonded transducer) ultrasonics by its exclusive direct‐in‐water energy injection.

  • Elimination of Energy Loss, wear & tear: The rod is a submersible transducer that directly injects the energy to the water in the basin, eliminating a vast amount of energy loss as well as wear and tear on moving or stressed parts.

  • Super Quick Cycle Times: Cycle times from start to finish as quickly as 13 minutes for short washes and 18 minutes for long washes.

  • Elimination of ‘Cold Spots’ / Consistent Energy Efficiency: TRT Technology radiates in all directions, not just in one. This means every surface area of every item you put into the tank is exposed to powerful TRT cleaning action, guaranteeing smooth and effective cleaning.

  • Cost‐Effective: Still the best value on the market for this powerful, productive and fast cleaning system.

Our latest enhancement with the 1522 and 1150 models is our new chrome Pull-Out Spray Faucet.

This highly functional sprayer has a chrome finish with solid brass construction to ensure durability and long life. Our faucet features a dual pull-out spray head for an aerated or concentrated flow.

The retractable spout extends up to 30 inches and integrates a single lever for control of water and temperature.

The sprayer face resists mineral buildup, is easy-to-clean and exceeds industry durability standards.

UCS Model XL48 & XL72

Introducing the XL48

XL48 Shown is a four basket model with separate cleaning cycles

The XL48 and XL72 are the newest additions to the Ultrasonic Cleaner product line.

  • XL48 Overall Dimensions:
    34”W x 36”D x 54”H

  • XL72 Overall Dimensions:
    34”W x 36”D x 59”H

The All New XL48 and XL72 Double Basin Ultrasonic Space Saver!

Providing unparalleled quality and power at an affordable price, the XL48 ultrasonic cleaner has a four‐basket capacity and is able to cleanse 48 cannulated instruments and the XL72 Ultrasonic Cleaner has a six‐basket capacity and is able to cleanse 72 cannulated instruments simultaneously, allowing you to wash even the largest loads quickly and easily.

With a maximum irrigation pump pressure of 100psi, this ultrasonic cleaner is powerful, but it does not damage fragile instruments and parts.

Designed to keep up with the hectic schedule of the operating room without sacrificing efficacy, this double basin floor model is built with our industry exclusive TRT (Titanium Rod Transducer) Technology.

  • 13 minute wash cycle!

  • With our exclusive TRT (Titanium Rod Transducer) Technology, the energy is transferred equally in all directions, thereby eliminating any ‘cold spots’ and power loss commonly found in standard transducers.

  • Automatic Load Tray Elevator: Two pneumatic air cylinders safely control raising and lowering of work tray elevator, eliminating the need for operators to reach into the tank of contaminated solution. Cabinet lids open and close automatically when baskets are raised or lowered.

  • Left and right basins work independently of each other so the user can wash, rinse, drain, and air purge in each basin – no other system provides this capability!

  • Cleans 48 (XL48) and 72 (XL72) cannulated instruments simultaneously in 4 (XL48) and 6 (XL72) baskets.

  • 32 da Vinci® (XL48) and 48 da Vinci® (XL72) robotic instruments per cycle! Independently tested and validated da Vinci® cleaning process.

  • 50 pounds (XL48) and 80 pounds (XL72) total weight capacity. Keep sets together and productivity up.

  • Easy‐to‐use large graphical touch pad with programmable timer.

  • Fully automatic degas, wash, rinse, and air purge. Completely eliminates waiting time for degassing!

  • Tap, RO or deionized water compatible.

  • 208 volt wall receptacle

UCS Model 1100

UCS Model 1100

Model 1100 - Manual Tabletop

This tabletop ultrasonic cleaning system is the one that started it all for Ultra Clean Systems. With the understanding that hospitals and other medical and dental facilities could no longer rely solely on manual scrubbing of surgical instruments, UCS created a machine to fit even the most basic budget and need.

At Ultra Clean Systems, we know that what you can’t see, can hurt you.

Compact and still highly efficient, this ultrasonic cleaner utilizes:

  • Cleans 12 cannulated instruments

  • Instrument weight capacity: 12lbs

  • Manual fill and drain

  • Dual purpose: can be used without irrigation

UCS Model 1101

UCS Model 1101

Model 1101 - Automated Tabletop

Faster, cleaner, better…and in this case, more affordable!

For those with limited space or budgetary constraints, this countertop model cleaner works by creating an ultrasonic implosion inside the instrument. The force from this implosion dislodges bioburden, which can then be flushed out by rinsing the interior cavity of the lumen with water.

Once cleaned, the system then dries the instruments to help prepare them for sterilization. It accomplishes all of this while featuring:

  • Full automation

  • Cleans 12 cannulated instruments

  • Cleans eight 1st or 2nd generation da Vinci® instruments simultaneously

  • Instrument weight capacity: 25 lbs

  • Dual purpose: can be used without irrigation

  • 13 minute wash cycles

  • Our exclusive TRT technology, increasing overall wash quality

With this automation, the user can continually reprocess instruments without waiting for the system to be finished cleaning or for the basin to fill up and drain. Able to quickly wash, rinse, and dry the instruments both inside and out, the Model 1101 ultrasonic cleaner removes organic residue easily, but it is gentle enough to remove debris without damaging delicate jaws and pins, prolonging the life of your instruments and reducing costly maintenance.

System Add-Ons

Side Cabinets

Few can understand the true meaning of limited workspace like those in the medical industry. To gain the most utility of your cleaning area, prior to ordering your ultrasonic cleaning machine, order an additional side cabinet to be mounted for all of your storage needs. Baskets, detergents, and additional tools will be neatly kept in a tidy and time-efficient place.

Back Splashes

For even greater utility and optimization of available workspace, consider having a stainless steel back splash mounted on your ultrasonic cleaning machine. Depending on the model, our back splashes can hold up to 4 baskets to maximize your instrument cleaning processes.
