Ultra Clean Systems, Inc. installed the newly re-designed XL-48 at a very prominent facility in Cleveland, Ohio last week.

The XL-48 is the most powerful and versatile performance machine available in the industry for cleaning medical instruments of all types including robotic instrumentation. Through an auto connecting tray insertion feature, this space saving design cleans up to four trays of instruments simultaneously and requires less tray handling and prep time. Through its simplistic design, this machine provides easier operation and thus has the benefit of reduced operator error.

Through its intelligent design, the XL-48 senses which trays require flushing. The added benefit is cleaning power is kept at a maximum for all other trays in the current cleaning cycle.

The XL-48 saves both time and money as it cleans more instruments in less time, using less space than any other machine on the market.
